Day 1!

So day 1 went excellent! I was under my calorie goal and made healthy choices. I did NOT grab that coke that is in my fridge but I did down 9 cups of water :).  I made our meal plan until the 14th and I'm excited with the food. I did day 1 of C25K and burned 242 calories. I think I'm going to take pics of my food/recipes because I know when I am looking on blogs, those always grab my attention. Anyhow here are my starting stats:
