OMG I literally want to die right now. I just finished day 3 of ChaLEAN Extreme. For today's workout, I had to do the burn interval and ab burner. It was a total of 57 minutes. All together I burned 680 calories according to my HRM. It was amazing :). I ate so well today. Total calories was 1516. Myfitnesspal.com says along with my exercise, that I should be eating like 2270. It's a lot of food and I don't want to set my calories too low. I'm going to try to up it tomorrow, add more protein and healthy fat I think. I'll get it figured out! I am just so happy how I am adjusting so far. Yes it's only been two days but two days strong so far. I haven't had a soda in two days and no headaches - lets keep that going!! I'm so excited for weigh in day next Wed! Here's how my day went:
Breakfast: Banana nut pancakes w/ turkey bacon [226 cals]
Snack: Pita Pal Hummus w/ 1/2 whole grain naan [240 cals]
Lunch: Open Faced Tuna Sandwich w/ Avocado and 15 Special K sea salt chips [302 cals]
Snack: Advocare Spark w/ water [45 cals]
Dinner: Santa Fe Chicken w/ rice, avocado, sour cream and cheese [160 cals]
Post Workout Smoothie: Banana/Peanut Butter: [543 cals]
Water: 84.5 oz (I'm going to try to get this up to 100 oz per day.)A
Exercise: ChaLEAN Extreme - 47 minutes 596 calories
ChaLEAN Ab Burner - 10 minutes 85 calories
Squat-a-thon: 30 squats (Day 3)
